Let me jump straight into business here. The referee was the instigator this time. Not just any instigator, but THE hardcore instigator. The drama brewed in the pitch, overflowed to the post-match press conferences, and crossed the Atlantic Ocean all the way to The Stilettos of Fútbol. Napoli v. Juventus: Showtime

Today I did kickboxing for the first time.  Let’s just say I almost died. It was the good kind of dying, though, if it makes any sense.  Therefore, I really needed a good dose of ball kicking (fútbol) to reward myself for burning about a million and two calories.  Luckily, we had a good Serie A clash between the current top two Italian teams of this season, number one Juventus and second place Napoli. Callejón Claims Messi is a Smack Talker

In this past Wednesday’s Clásico, it seems that the drama between Barcelona and Real Madrid extended beyond the pitch and into the Bernabeu parking lot! And no, it was not between the fans, it was between Barça’s Lionel Messi and Madrid’s Aitor Karanka and Álvaro Arbeloa.
